What better way to be emotionally fit than working out those emotions mentally and physically with a mental health expert and sports coach. I will join you in your choice of activity, including walking, jogging, hiking, yoga, lifting weights and much more! Fun Fitness Fridays are just 35 dollars for most activities. Sessions are on an individual basis and at least 45 minutes long.
