B Emotionally Fit LLC is committed to making mental health and wellness accessible to everyone in Freeport and Long Island, with a special focus on supporting Black and Latino communities.
We eliminate financial and systemic barriers through affordable counseling and fitness, free referrals to community resources and other mental health providers, and general support regardless of income, race, ethnicity, language, or immigration status.

Individual, family, and couples therapy for children and adults through our sister company, Beverly Social Work Counseling, LCSW, PLLC.

A FREE referral service for those seeking therapy from a Black or Latino therapist. Over 80 therapists across Nassau and Suffolk County are part of the network. Membership for Therapists is FREE too!
